An urgent necessity on the part of MOF, GOI for intervention to ensure implementation of Regulation 35 (1) duly amended in 2003 for Bank Retirees by notifying updation formulae by IBA as done in case of RBI.

Sending of on- line memorandum by all the members of our affiliates, Constituents of CBPRO and also by other willing Retirees to the Hon'ble Union Finance Minister, the Secretary, DFS, MOF and the Chairman, IBA on the long pending demands of Bank Retirees including the most important one -- updation of pension.

Our demand for immediate implementation of Regulation 35 (1) as amended in the year 2003 of BEPR (1995) for updation of pension for all exactly in line with RBI formula.
